Climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro in 2022 ignited my motivation.

Kelly’s Motivation.

Welcome to Kelly Foundation. I am Kelly Scherbenske, CEO of the Foundation. We are intentional in our efforts to unite helping hands around the world to transform the lives of people living in poverty. While Kelly Foundation is a new 501(c)(3) tax-exempt entity, operated in the United States, my concern about poverty in third world counties began several years ago when I was a volunteer on a medical mission in Bolivia. My interest was renewed when I volunteered on a mission in Uganda, but the real catalyst to starting Kelly Foundation was when I climbed Mt Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, Africa.
